1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to On The Hill ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and any related services (collectively, the "Site"), including all products purchased through it.

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our clothing accurately, including colors, fabric, and fit, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect the true color of the product.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing or typographical errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Items may sell out, including limited or drop-based releases.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of stock. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) at the time of purchase. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and ship worldwide unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to customs processing, courier delays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sale items, final-sale drops, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

All content on the Site, including the On The Hill name, logo, wordmarks, product designs, graphics, photographs, and text, is the property of On The Hill or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site, or use our brand name, logo, or product artwork for commercial purposes, without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's security, functionality, or servers
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including fraudulent payment details
• Resell products purchased from the Site without our prior written authorization

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
