Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During drops, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and ship worldwide.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed, and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Rates above are estimated ranges for a light parcel (up to ~1kg) and vary by exact weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping cost is always confirmed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UAE, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@othonthehill.xyz with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and find a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
